I'm looking for someone who would sublet my room from april to aug The rent will be $698.33 a month including utilities +extra internet bill about $25 a month (rogers high speed) The rent can be negotiated.
First month and last month rent as a deposit will be needed.
Great roommates who are professional cook and pattisiere.
My roommates don\'t drink that often and work from 5am so they don't party that much either.
We have a 5 yrs old cat which is very quiet.
It's unfurnished, has a closet.
Bathroom, living room and kitchen are fully furnished and newly renovated.
Kitchen has granite counter, dishwasher, new oven, fridge.
free laundry machine just outside the door.

am looking for a 2 bedroom apartment/house to sublet from mid-October until the end of December. It will be for myself, my husband and our 18 month old. Preferably close to public transportation. We are looking to pay less than $1000 per month.
