We actually have a lot more people visit us looking for a place to live than we do posting. Last month we had 150 unique visitors a day on our website so, in order to fulfil everyone's needs we are also a conduit for renting an apartment in Ottawa. In order for us to strictly monitor the content that is uploaded to the site, your listing is emailed to us and we upload it manually. We do this to eliminate spammers, people posting inappropriate or offensive material. We want to ensure that the site is kept clean and used properly.
Once my listing is up can I make changes to it?
Again, in order to keep our prices down we generally can not make changes to your listing. Having said this we have been known to make exceptions so by all means email us at admin@ottawasublet.com and we will do our best, we just can't make any guarantees.
I love your message board so much I signed up but my account was never activated, why?
Well, do to the overwhelming amount of spammers on the board, we require that everyone lists their city as Ottawa. Even if you don't live here, please enter Ottawa. This way we know the registeration was legit. Otherwise, we simply delete the account and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Do you have a 1-800 number
